Set the Scene Picnics is Tampa’s premier luxury picnic experience — created for those who appreciate beautiful details, meaningful gatherings, and stylish escapes from the ordinary. From coastal-chic date nights to sunset proposals and birthday brunches with your besties, we provide the design, the setup, and the magic. All you have to do is arrive.

Next, select a picnic scene from one of the options below. All of our picnic scene’s are instagram-worthy set-ups with stress free service. We set up and tear down each event. Give us some details about the occasion for your outing and submit a request below to secure your date and time. Lastly, lock in your experience with a deposit.

On the day of your picnic you’ll receive the pinned location at the host location you reserved. Next, arrive at the location and enjoy your luxury experience all decked out and waiting for you and your guests to enjoy.

Picnics start at $250 for 2 guests. Add additional guests for $40 per person up to 6 guests. Some scene prices may vary.
